kindle app on iPhone doesn't work. Anyone know why or how to fix?

I've installed the app. All my books appear in the 'cloud' archive. I touch to download them, when I try to open the book, it says - error, please remove the book from your divide and re download it. If the problem persists try t o deregister your application and register it again.

OK, so I remove the book and re download it, nothing. I remove the kindle app off my phone and re download it, still no joy.

How do I actually de register the app? DOn't recall ever actually registering it - anyone had this before?

Not had this but can highly recommend amazon customer services, they are usually really helpful.
