Get the computer to recognise the printer. Everything is installed correctly and it will print other documents. However it will not recognise the printer with the photo memory card to transfer to the computer. have been on to help desk this morning for 35 mins( @80p a minute- yikes but the chappy was not grasping the problem. Am now extremely fed up with the whole thing but don't know what to do. Any wise technical people able to help, please please!
