Yes, and it works well. Used it a great deal on holiday or when visiting friends, folds down small enough for handbag too. There's another brand advertised (seen it in mags and in John Lewis)which has a clip device to secure rather than straps which you tie but it was far more expensive.

Ooops - only just looked at the link for Totseat and that's it, the more expensive one with no shoulder straps either.
