Can't fold my new E3!!!

I thought I'd come to the fount of all knowledge...! Just had a new E3 delivered yesterday, and I have assembled it ok but I can't collapse it.

I have pressed the left button and pulled out the right one, it gives slightly but it doesn't fold. I know it 'unlocks' when I do this, as when I jiggle it about it clicks locked again.

Am I supposed to push the handlebars a certain way, or should it collapse automatically when you unlock it?

Sorted it. I needed to turn the 'press' tab 180 degrees and then it unlocked. Thought I'd update just in case someone had the same problem.
