I was overcharged last night and went to customer services and they didn't. I was well PO'd!
What happened was I'd put 2 packs of children's tights in my trolley, on a BOGOF, and 1 pack didn't have a barcode on. So she rang it through as something different. I noticed as I was walking away from the till, with a FULL trolley from a weekly shop. I went to customer services and she made me unpack the trolley till I found them both, took about 15 mins because I couldn't find one pack! THEN she sent someone to find out if my story that they were BOGOF was true.
FINALLY I got my item on BOGOF.
Based on this, shouldn't I have got both items free?
