Does anyone have one - do they all have 7 seats (I'm a bit confused by toyotas!)

I still love the volvo but looking at other options and I think the new ones are quite nice looking.

Pros, cons??

yeah - they have 7 seats although we usually keep 2 folded into the boot floor. I love ours - it's smaller than a full size 7 seater and smaller than the Touran too. there was a Touran vs Verso and others thread going on recently - do a search
