Mothercare Hoxton?

Hi ... I am about to produce baby number 2 (dd is 2 years and 3 months and quite tall). I seem to have been looking at double buggies for months now and am confused as ever! I really need a tandem/one in front type configuration to get through my narrow front door. I have looked at and i think now discounted the Phil and Teds because i don't like the fact that the baby is either lying down or sitting up and there is no possibility of gently lowering a snoozing baby into lying position if it is in the doubles seat.

My two other options are the Graco Duo Stadium although this looks very cumbersome and heavy .. and finally the Mothercare Hoxton. My concern with the Hoxton is that the front hood on the toddler seat looks so small and i'm sure this would annoy dd.

Anyone have any views please?

I've just brought the cossatto duet lite! google it and you'll see where you can buy it from, better than the Hoxton IMO, still waiting for dh to assemble the wheels so I can test drive tho....

thanks Friz ....

I saw that and it looks exactly like the hoxton .. in what way would you say it is better? let me know when you have assembled and how your older child fits!

Would n't surprise me if it were exactly the same tbh - Graco and Cosatto seem to share many of the Mothercare models.
