People carrier..............what have you got?

Hi our beloved 16yr old Ford Galaxy has had its day, we need to look for something else before the MOT and tax are due before the end of April. Problem is money!! We can only afford to find something up to £7500, another Ford seems out of the question something even 5 yrs old is over £10k. We like the Citroen Grand Picasso but again anyhting half decent is around £9k. We looked at a Zafira today for £7,500, 3 yrs old but it looks so basic compared to our Galaxy. Any advice please? We have 14yr old triplets so need space! Thank you.

no, i don't but i know a few who do who LOVE them. it' the same car as the vw sharan just a badge (seat is owned by vw) and i've found it hard to find a bad review of the sharan or the alhambra!

we looked at the chrysler grand voyager too, but that had poorer crash test results so we ruled it out. it's cheaper second hand than the vw/seat though
