Ms & Ps 03 Sport 3-wheeler - is there a design fault??

nightmare - on frame no.2 for our 3-wheeler and the wheel again won't lock straight but now just wobbles from side to side. Had to take 1st one back because of this and shop cdn't do anything with it. Also seems that frame itself is quite weak - wobbly somehow. Anyone else had problems?

meant to say only had it for 3 months and only had the 2nd frame for 2 weeks! The shop we bought it from were a nightmare though and I'm worried they won't take it back as it's been used (well, yes, of course!)

it sounds like an inherent fault which means that by law the shop HAVE to do something about it. but this can mean a repair or partial refund rather than replacement.

however, if like me you got it from a stupid little independsatn shop that tells you they won't do anything and you can take them to court then you may be stuck!

nightmare, did that happen to you with same buggy then? Yes, we did get it from a local department store (not national chain) and they are v. huffy about refunds.

no, different pram... but similar scenario with very unhelpful shop!

by law they have to do something, AND if you want a repair or replacement it is up to them to prove that there is NOT a fault (if they are saying there isn't)

cross fingers then. IMO - they try to offer too many features on some of these buggies that can never all survive the day-to-day grind of the school run. I've only had the thing a matter of weeks and it's only been bumped up & down the pavement, nothing unusual and yet it's already knackered! I thought, naively, buying mamas & papas would be some kind of guarantee of quality! No idea what to exchange it for now - any recommendations anyone?
