There was a letter in the Guardian today which mentioned a website, www.wahmall.co.uk which sells goods make excusively by mums. Also has an auction section. Just thought some of you might like to know with xmas coming up.

WAHMAll is fab. I'm on there all the time. The auctions are not like ebay- all the items are new and have to be made by work at home mums. There is also a list of shops on the site run by WAHMs selling baby blankets, clothes, hand panited mugs, toiletires, nappies, handmade cards etc etc. All sorts. I've bought items from a lot of the mums and they are beautifully made and much cheaper than buying on the high street. I really like the idea of giving my dosh to another mum rather than a big company

Yeah that's what I thought!
