Tesco's Baby Clothes range

Please help me by answering a few questions to allow me to understand parents opinions regarding Tesco's baby clothes range for a project at University. It would be a great help if you could share your thoughts.

  1. Is there a broad enough range of clothing available?
  • If no, what are they missing?
  1. Do you feel the clothing is priced correctly?
  2. Would you buy baby clothes from Tesco?
  • If no, why?

If there is anything else you think would be useful for me to know from any experiences you've had with Tesco's baby clothes I would really appreciate you sharing them. Thank you for your time :)

Unfortunately I wouldn't buy Tesco baby clothes - my 6 week old dd is struggling to fit into their 3-6 month old clothes!!

The sleepsuits seem to be very small!

  1. Is there a broad enough range of clothing available? The rage of clothes is fine, but the range of colours is not. In the first sizes, I feel it's very much pastel pink, pastel blue, white and cream. For the same prices, I can shop in H&M who stock a mass of colours for both genders.
  1. Do you feel the clothing is priced correctly? The basics, yes, but some things I am confused over the pricing. I see on the website little baby girl dresses for £16,the same price as a womans dress on the site. There shold be a difference in prices between Woman and little baby girl.
  1. Would you buy baby clothes from Tesco? Yes, and I have. I find they are a good fit for my DD who is long and skinny. They wash well, and feel nice. However, I would buy more if they stocked more than just stereotypical 'girl' and 'boy' clothing. Sainsburys, for example, have a lovely range of Hungry Caterpillar in bright primary colours. However, the quality is not as good as Tesco.
