Anybody tried one?

I have one and it's fantastic. Not that I ever want to do both breasts at the same time. The feeling would depress me too much! But I find that the benefit of an electric pump like this is that you don't have to concentrate AT ALL when using one. You can just watch telly at the same time and hardly feel it. You then look down and hey presto you've been milked

Is it really loud?

Yes it is loud - not very discreet. But I found it great - always dual pumped because it is quicker and less mess! I never did get on with the Avent unfortunately.
