Grobag styles

I'm just searching the internet for a new grobag for my ds. I'm a huge grobag fan and he's now 4 months and is outgrowing his first one so he'll need a 6 - 18 months one.

I notice on one site they say the grobags with the zip on the side is especially designed for young babies who will need nightime changing. This is the kind he's got at the moment. The other style is a long zip running up the front and apparently better for older, more mobile babies. Is this true? Does it matter which style really, or should I just go for the design I prefer the most?! DS currently has Peter Rabbit but I love the Farmyard Friends and Noah's Ark one. I also think it would be wise to get unisex colours because ds is (hopefully!) the first of a few children.

the front zip is hard to do up IMO - we put ours on when the heating goes off and he is alseep and I laway bang his chin fumbling with it (the zip)

I think all the grobags for older babies have the zip up the front, rather than the side. Shame in my view from a purely aesthetic point of view, as the zip gets in the way of the groovy designs! Still, my dd has been in her Maisy Mouse grobag since 5 months. She's now ready for the next size up and I'm just contemplating the options, given Maisy appears to no longer be in the range! Grobags are just fantastic in my opinion.
