Cravendale codes?!

Hey, if anyone drinks cravendale and isn't collecting the Kermit codes my three year old will love you forever if we could have them pretty please??!!

I just entered 3 codes on the website, but didn't get my free Easter ones. Am thinking maybe they e-mail them. Has anyone else tried?
