Little Tikes police car - front wheels sticking

For Xmas I bought a Little Tikes coupe police car and a Little Tikes fire engine. I built them both myself. The Fire Engine works great but the on Police Car the front wheels jam and get stuck (in true shopping trolley style) meaning the car won't move. I know I built it correctly and have since triple-checked. Has anybody else found this problem? I wonder if Argos will exchange this far down the line or if LT might do something??

I would take it back, I've taken stuff back to Argos when it's stopped working after a few weeks & they've been fine with exchanging it.

7 weeks is hardly a long time, given the cost & expected lifetime of those cars.
