Does anyone have a Britax Elite carseat?

Wonder if you could do me a favour if you have! Could you measure the width of the base of the seat so we can work out if 3 will fit in the back of our car? (Living abroad otherwise I'd do this myself in a shop!)

What type of car ? The base is narrower than the overall width of the seat and is wider than Freeway/ Eclipse etc

It's an Audi A6. We're thinking of buying 2 Elites (if the "size" is right!), and also have the baby's Cabrio to go in the back too.

I'll try and remember to measure it if no-one beats me to it, only the car has gone for repair and I won't have it back until thursday.
