Our 3yo likes her sleep and often sleeps until 8/9 in mornings with a 7/7:30 bedtime. That's lovely. Unfortunately there are regular mornings now when she has to be up earlier to get ready for playgroup. I can't put her to bed sooner as that would mean early dinner, early lunch etc, no time with daddy and no family meal.
So I've set her clock to have the alarm sound at 7.15. I've never used it as that before and didn't get a chance to test it tonight.
Is anyone able to explain the sound it makes and how loud it is? I'd rather not startle her.
I know I can get up and wake her, of course. I just think she'll like the independence of the alarm. She absolutely loves knowing when to get up herself with the sun, without having to ask if it's getting up time!
