Having seen the blood one - How do I get milk out of carpets?

I seem to find split milk every where in the house (okay small exagerations but there are lots of random spots that I didn't witness so didn't clean up! what is the best product to get them out with?

I think I used vanish on our carpet, although if its everywhere, then hire a carpet cleaner and give it a going over! Milk isn't too bad at coming out.
