Anyone still waiting for their Muddy Puddles order?

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I ordered on 17th January from their online sale, the money was taken on the same day, on 18th tracking said it was being packed and that is the last I have heard. Emails haven't been answered, I eventually got through to someone on the phone and apparently it was being dispatched 1st class yesterday, still not here and tracking hasn't been updated.

The parent company has gone into administration. Have had a similar experience, money taken, half an order delivered a month later, no explanation and woeful customer service. Found out about their problems from their FB page. Makes for very interesting reading. People are very very cross :( Have given up in ever receiving the goods and have gone back to Viking Kids who had everything I needed for our skiing holiday and seriously saved the day. :)
