tights with non-slip soles

My friend has some tights for her 12 month old daughter with the non-slip soles but she bought them in Belgium. I cant seem to find any in the shops over here. Any ideas anyone??

can't find baby ones though - will keep my eyes open

Perhaps they've stopped doing them.... I remember seeing them when my DD was a toddler.... sorry!
