Disgruntled with Kiddicare

uOn their website, Kiddicare state that they guarantee to undercut the price of the same product being sold elsewhere. I asked them about undercutting the price of a Mountain Buggy - advertised on their site for over £100 than the equivalent on Buggyworld. They wrote back to me saying that both Kiddicare and Buggyworld are currently out of stock. However, when I checked this by trying to order one on each of the webpages, by placing an order short of giving my credit card details, I was certainly NOT told that they were out of stock.
So it seems they do not follow through the promise they make clearly on their webpage. So I would advise people against using them

Post this on the "Do Not Buy From" thread as well Lucie. Personally I can never get their website to even load up, so don't get the chance to look.

I have to say I have had only good experiences... cheap and very quick to deliver. Not saying you are wrong LucieB, just that I've never had a problem myself.

Another big fan of Kiddicare here. Used them loads incl. a buggy (Maclaren Techno) and have always had fast, cheap service from them. When I complained about a product fault (not their fault in any way) they were brilliant. Very proffessional on phone and in quick email response, offered several options of product replacement, repair, money back, etc. - even gave a freebie in the post to apologise despite it definitely not being their problem (and for once I was not being pushy!). I would say that it seems like an honest company with good prices and wide stock range - also never had problem with website loading etc. - but then maybe I have just been lucky. TBH it is always my first stop when wanting to buy any baby item....
Sorry to hear you have had probs LucieB, just don?t want your negative experience to be seen as the norm as I think they are one of the better child shopping sites out there!

Why won't their website load up properly for me then?

I've found them to be great - bought two britax car seats and saved on a multi buy and also bought a cot bed - fantastic prices and delivery was really quick. personally I dont like the website as it is not well organised and does not illustrate the products well but mainly happy!
