online digital photo processing, any reccomendations and not too cheap?

thats it really
have so many pictures to print and I can never sort out gettting to a place on highstreet
can anyone recommend somewhere online that I can download my pics to that aren't too pricey? (pricy?)

I've just done some form Asda online. If you've got a fair few then it's really good value. Up to 100 then 15p each (pricey) but more than 100 this goes down to 10p a photo, and more than 150, goes right down to 5p a photo.

ive used these for years and they are really good. Picture quality excellant and colour really good. In fact ive underpaid them by accident a few times and theyve never chased me for the difference

Boots are good for me, cheap and very quick. Two days usually. And excellent quality

The prints are really good quality and arrive very quickly. They also made me some thankyou cards and calendars recently which were lovely

they really are the best. Inceredibly easy download process, and you can buy print credits in advance to bring price down to 6p per photo. They post them out next day.

Agree with Prufrock. Their customer service is excellent, and they give you loads of space on the website if you order lots.

Wanadoo use Photobox to provide their print service and I would agree the service and photo's are excellent.

They are also quite easy to use - explain how to download etc clearly.

Cannot speak too highly of photobox. Brilliant service, used it to make 80 prints, enlargements and posters from ancient photos for my Mum's 80th birthday and they were fantastic (and quick).

Also their luminously gorgeous print quality on my mediocre snapshots makes me look like a real photographer.

I've got a camera full of photo's which i've downloaded onto my laptop but want to get printed - how does online printing work Hana please? I know about Boots etc but haven't heard of online printing before (as you can tell I'm not a technical whizz!)

Maggie, go onto the Wanadoo website and click on the link for digital photos (it's on the left). You need to send them your e-mail address so that you set up a user account (it's free to do that). You then just upload your photos by clicking the browse buttons and selecting them.

I'd recommend you click on "show more boxes" first, as this allows you to upload more pictures.

DH is a photographer and he uses Photobox for a lot of his work. He's really impressed by them. e.g. if you place an order at 4.00pm the photos arrive the next day.

Another vote for Photobox - really good quality. Quite often you get an e-mail about 20 minutes after ordering saying the photos have been sent!

photobox gets my vote too! i prefer the matte finishing over the glossy though. the glossy seems to distort the colours (IMO).
