My mil was looking after her today and between them they lost dd's adored dog. Hoping he'll be returned to us via lost property in shopping centre, but just in case, has anyone any ideas? It's a brown and white, beany type Russ dog, about 10 inches long. I'm pretty sure the name on the label in Scruffy, but I can't find it on the website. Trauma!!

Is this the one you're looking for?

sassy · 12/11/2003 20:35

Soupy - yes, YES!!! Thank you for finding him. Now all we have to do in not mention the d-o-g word for a few days until we either hear from lost property or order from your site.
Thank you so much!

Also Soupy, noticed that the shop is based in Ironbridge - about 30 mins drive from here. You are a saviour.

I think this just shows that I am sad and have no life beyond the internet! In fact, sometimes I suspect I am not a real person at all.

I hope the dog turns up!

sassy do you live by me, I am about 40 mins from Ironbridge!

Just to up-date you all - we have now purchased TWO replacement doggies (yes, we have a spare in the airing cupboard in case of future disasters!) and dd has not noticed the difference. Thabks for all your help
Fio, to answer your question, I'm near Kidderminster.

Soupy to the rescue

SoupDragon · 19/11/2003 09:55

I love a happy ending!!

Remember to rotate the 2 dogs so they get scruffy at the same rate

popsycal · 19/11/2003 18:44

we have 2 'bluey's
one replcement just incase we lose it
always useful

loofers · 19/11/2003 19:03

I'm so scared this will happen to us, ds 16 months will not sleep without his special dog that we bought in france. tried to buy a spare but can't find one anywhere. Could not find it at bed time a few nights ago and he screamed for an hour and a half until we found it
