I've only just seen your post and realise I'm probably WAY too late! But, for future reference, have you tried notonthehighstreet.com? I love that website. Alternatively, I came across surprisegold.com by accident once and his jewellery seems really unique and pretty and is bespoke. If you like what you see on the website, you could drop him an email with what you've got in mind and see what comes back?
