Does anyone out there work for Volkswagen customer services?
I was hit by an uninsured driver nearly 3 months ago and my Polo has been in the body shop ever since. A part (a drivers seat, seat back) has been ordered with V.W by the body shop and 3 months on the part has not been made and they will not give a date when it will be available so it could be another 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months or literally 3 years.
V.W seem to think this is just fine and I just get stone walled every time I ring. All they will say is that the part is on order, they don't have a date, they won't chase and they are waiting.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I feel so powerless like I am going mad and my poor little boy is often on the end of a very stressed out grumpy mummy as I am at the end of my tether.
I have threatened to go the media and just emailed Kelvin Mackenzie as he is good with things like this but I just don't know what else to do.
It is a V.W Polo for goodness sake not some weird sports car. I just want my car back.
