Mountain Buggy Urban

We're going to look at a 2nd hand MB Urban buggy from 2007, but we'll be using it with new adaptors for a maxi-cosi car seat (cabriofix). Anyone know if the new adaptors will fit a buggy from 2007. If not there's not point getting the buggy as we have the car seat already! :-)

I'd post this in pushchairs where all the knowledgeable people are. Lots of people there with mountain buggies.

hiya, the older MB's didn't take adapators as far as I know... the car seat just sat in a special little hammock with a strap over it.

that said, newer carrycots will fit onto the old chassis as they just clip on, so if the car seat adaptors work in the same way you may be ok!

I would give a MASSIVE thumbs up to mountain buggy on the whole though. the pre phil and teds takeover ones are just brilliant pushchairs

you could always use it just as a pram though?
i never used the car seat on mine
