Freesat / Freesat +

Does anyone use this (where you have a box a bit like a freeview box but you can pause / rewind etc live TV)?

I believe its a bit like Sky+ although we've never used Sky+ but noticed that the boxes are £200+. Is it worth it? Do you use it? Are the extra channels that you don't get on freeview worth it? Don't actually watch much TV but like the idea of being able to pause / rewind etc if we have to see to the children etc.

Any views / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We had freesat and it was much better than freeview. For a start you dont need to worry about buying an indoor aerial and adjusting it as it requires a satelitte dish to work so you always get a really good signal. I am now living at mums and she has freeview and i miss my freesat. x
