Aqua flex any users?

has any of you mumsneters used the aqua flex.It a device that you insert up yourself and it is supposed to improve your pelvic floor muscles was wondering whether or not to spend the money and give it a try

I bought one, but haven't yet been brave enough to try it! I just hate the thought of putting anything up 'in there'.

I bought one on the advice of my hv a few weeks after giving birth (dd now 15 months old). It is now gathering dust in the bathroom cupboard. That's not to say it isn't any good, just that I couldn't be bothered when it came to it!!

I thought it was some kind of electric toothbrush.
Must get out more..
