Bought jl basic kingsize mattress in early October. It's now really uncomfortable (hence mnetting now) and uneven. I know I went for cheaper option but surely it should last a bit longer? Do I complain?

oh mine was the open comfort one, maybe same supplier or something

it's annoying as it looked so good at first

Yes complain.

I bought a memory foam king-size from them in the summer. It's been great so far.

I bought the basic single one for a trundle bed under my daughter's bed for sleepovers / general spare - would say its been slept on 20 times in a year and the springs have started tearing through the cover. Assumed since we'd had it for a year we couldn't take it back. Really poor quality but will watch this thread to see what you decide to do!

Mandy - you should complain as mattresses should last longer than that
