here - Buckles & Bows? If so - would you recommend them in terms of comfort and quality? Thanks.

I've got a thread further down about larger legged ladies. I bought boots recently & they appear to have sent the wrong leg size. I've to return them to get a replacement sent to me to try them.
The boots themselves are lovely & leather lined which for the money, I thought was pretty good. The customer service has been excellent so far. I'll see how I get on with getting new boots & how my postage refund goes. Obviously I'd have preferred the correct boots first off but at least they haven't made any excuses or tried to blame me.

Thanks for the feedback ... their boots do sound lovely - just not quite sure whether to order or not as I 'want' long boots - mainly to wear with a particular skirt but 'need' ankle boots to wear with trousers to work and jeans ... but am thinking that I might get away with long for both over the next few months - am sooo tempted .

Oooh just read your thread ... no way should you have to pay the postage costs to cover their error, I'd argue that pretty strongly if I were you. Good luck.
