DS has a black BabyBorn, and I think there is a black baby Annabel - but they are both v expensive.

asda had some 'my first baby annabel' and i think some were the ethnic ones. we have the larger ethnics one and dd3 keeps poking them in the eye, she tried to get a doll yesterday rom asda.

you can get black dolls in Woolworths - there's also quite a nice Barbie and me (the sort of soft barbie) that has changeable outfits that comes in a sort of 'white' and 'black' version.
