Can anyone recommend an inexpensive but good enough camcorder?

I'm looking for a camcorder just to capture nice bits of the children playing, and don't want to spend over £150.

Can anyone recommend one? I think I prefer the type that you hold with a loop over your knuckles, rather than the flip-up like a mobile phone type ones. That's about all I know.

Have to be off to get lunch ready, but back later in case anyone replies Smile

Thanks!

DS (he's 18) has one from Aldi which is £50-60 - I think it's not a flip-up - he seems pleased with it do far.

It has a tiny memory, we got a 16GB (I think) SD card for it as well

They seem to have them in all the time - at mine there is one in a glass case you can look at, & they keep the stock under the checkout. When we bought his I asked the manager if she knew anything about it performance-wise & she said no, but you have 3 months to bring it back if you're not satisfied with it.
