wireless router ? help anybody know which ones are best ?

thats it really
need a wireless router sick of wires and would like a bit of advice ?
We have aol broadband and no problems
what speed
how many ports?
reliability ?
any advice gladly recieved :)

Good brands are Netgear and LinkSys.

Belkin and D-Link should be avoided.

The number of ports isn't terribly important if you are doing everything wirelessly, otherwise you will need a port for each wired connection.

I'm assuming that your AOL broadband is ADSL. I would suggest getting a combined ADSL modem and wireless router to reduce the number of devices you need to plug in and connect up. If you ask AOL they may even provide a wireless router free?
