I ordered some boots from Buckles and Bows site using their tables here and figured I'd followed the instructions to the letter. I'm a size 3 in a shoe & my legs measure 37.5 & 38 cm so I ordered calf size 3. Boots arrived yesterday & they will never fit my calves in a month of Sundays, at least 2 or 3 cms too small. Tried their telephone & it's a fax number (possible cos it's the weekend) so I've emailed them to complain. Can anyone see where I've gone wrong or assure me I ordered the apparently correct size per their instructions. I've to meet cost of returning if I've made a mistake which is fair enough but I think I've ordered correctly & the boots are either the wrong size or their tables are useless.
Any suggestions? Have I a leg to stand on (excuse the pun)? I really like the boots & was sooo disappointed.
