Was it just fabric? Or was it a "Handysitt" which I think is wooden. Or is it Tamsitt....?

starlover · 07/01/2006 22:09

yeah the fabric thingy

Tamsit is the fabric one. Also called a "handbag highchair" I think.

hi have that one - i bought it direct from them and found it really good star lover . is expensive tho. go to www.totseat.com and u can order them direct. fits any chair.

mogwai · 09/01/2006 13:16

got mine for about £12 from the jojo maman bebe catalogue. I've used it twice and not keen on it so far. My main criticism is that it doesn't fit onto many chairs, and you also need a booster cushion under the baby otherwise they are nowhere near the right height for the table.

It's ok for visiting relatives (they are likely to have a cushion you can use) but no good for going out for lunch in my experience

starlover · 09/01/2006 13:18

well i have ordered the baboz one from kiddicare... not as funky as totseat... BUT it has straps to go over the shoulders too!

mogwai.. ds is 11 months and quite tall... i know he'll still be a bit low, but it beats him whingeing in his buggy because he wants to sit up at the table! lol

we have sat him up at the table in the past and he's usually ok, but there is always the chance he'll throw himself off the chair!

I have the Baboz one - worked out well for us and fitted on all chairs even a big office one!

littlerach · 09/01/2006 14:10

I have the Blooming Marvelous one and think it's fab.
i bought it from another MNetter.
We've never had a problam with it not fitting, but yes, have had to use cushion under her.

DD2 is 17 months now, have had it since she was almost a yera.
