Best baby doll. Advice please!

Can anyone recommend a baby doll (for a five year old) that makes noises etc? The real-er (!) the better!

My daughter loves her Baby Annabel.

My daughter also really loves her baby annabel she drinks water, sucks on dummy, cries and closes her eyes and snores!

Thank you! What version is that Gingerbics, do you know? I'm a bit confused as there seems to be lots of different Baby Annabels but they don't all have very good reviews (on Amazon anyway).
