Aarrgh going to the states and my GHDs won't work there!

Will I need a transformer? Where can I get one? It's not just an adaptor is it as is such a diff voltage.

I refuse to look like a wooly mammoth for 5 days in New York!

If its just a adaptor they are easy to get not sure if you would need a convertor.
