ds had the 3 supersize Thunderbirds for Christmas - one from a toy store and the other 2 from Toys R Us online as they were quite elusive. Thunderbird 2 has stopped making noises and the winch doesn't work now, despite trying several different sets of new batteries. ds is still happy to play with it but I'm annoyed.
There is no contact or return advice that I can find on the Toys r us website and it is now out of stock. The nearest store is 30 minutes away , assuming you can return online goods there anyway. Any advice please ?
