Toys r us / Thunderbird 2 not working - aargh !!

ds had the 3 supersize Thunderbirds for Christmas - one from a toy store and the other 2 from Toys R Us online as they were quite elusive. Thunderbird 2 has stopped making noises and the winch doesn't work now, despite trying several different sets of new batteries. ds is still happy to play with it but I'm annoyed.

There is no contact or return advice that I can find on the Toys r us website and it is now out of stock. The nearest store is 30 minutes away , assuming you can return online goods there anyway. Any advice please ?

Would really rather get it working as a suspect we are going to find it hard to replace anywhere and he'll be heartbroken !

hmmm John Lewis have some and Argos have it on offer but are sold out online. Maybe will order a replacement and return the faulty one when it arrives .

Thanks, tried Woolies locally but no joy, so got a replacement from John Lewis , now just need to arrange Toy's r us to pick the faulty one up !
