Have bought a book on my kindle and it is utter shite.
The title is not what the book is about so I feel very mislead about it.
If it was a paperback I would take it back to the shop and swap for something else.
Can i do a similar thing with amazon?

I've only had my kindle for a couple of weeks, but I get the free sample pages first, read them, and then decide if I want to buy the book. I don't think you can return a book you've bought and started to read, but someone else may correct me on this. There is a facility on the kindle to cancel your order straight away. It says something like "bought this book by mistake, cancel here". Sorry I can't be any more helpful.

Would you really take a book back to the shop? Do they accept them? I've bought loads of books which were crap and neverthought about taking them back. Not been funny, just curious.

I would of taken it back to the shop as the title was misleading and the book is utter shite and doesn't relate to what I thought it was.
I should of got the sample first but thought I know a little about the author so will give it a try. I now have a kindle full of samples so hopefully won't make the same mistake again
