Buying products online - any feedback?

Can anyone help with feedback on reliable online shopping? I'm thinking of buying a pushchair online as they are so much cheaper and available in loads more colours, but what if the wheel falls off or something else goes wrong? Have bought loads of stuff online in the past, but nothing with this type of potential problem (mostly books, DVDs etc) so I'mm worried that I won't be able to go into a shop and have a rant if something goes wrong with it. Has anyone used a particularly good online shop?
Thanks!

I've used kiddicare loads, never had a problem with them, but check out their returns policy first.

I've used glasgowpramcentre a fair bit. Got them to price match my pushchair for me. One word of warning is that their website doesn't tell you if something is out of stock or on a long lead time. They will call you if it is, but I find it's easier to call them first to check and then order over the phone.
