Flying Pegasus - does it fly???

Daft question, but we got a flying Pegasus for dd2 and it lights up on the head, but the wings don't flap, are they meant to? It looks like they are meant to in the advert, DD hasn't noticed, but I thought they went up and down.

hiya, the wings don't move automatically... but if you hold the horse & woosh it up & down a bit, the wings will "flap". Bit disappointing really

I thought they did too, but apparently not. Just another piece of overhyped, overpriced crap (my DD got one too).

The styling head thing is pretty crap too.

Oh god, yes wallace. I started a thread whinging about the head and it's utter crapness

Quite agree how crap pegasus is - but dd loves it!! DH is convinced there is a battery hole somewhere bit I reckon it does nothing other than the light in the head...

There is a battery hole underneath and it has cell batteries, but these just light up the head. TBH DD LOVES it and it got played with loads over christmas, we had a plain horse for other DD last year, so they go off together

However the CD player we got her was the best present

my dd got one. She loves it, you just have to push it up and down in the air iyswim and the wings "flap".

The head really doesn't do anything - the straighteners barely change the colour of the mane, and the lip gloss did awful things to dd's skin. When dd's auntie said she had bought her the pegasus horse I thought she meant the other one,

Anyone with the flying pegasus - dd's friend got one and in hte instructions it mentions a "switch"...could anyone find this switch????
