Panasonic Lumix or a proper DSLR Camera?

I am looking at this.

Anyone got one and would recommend it?

I could go a bit more for a proper digital SLR camera.

I've not used one of these but I have used a Fuji semi-DSLR (can't remember the proper name!) and was very impressed with the ease of use and picture quality. Having said that, I have a DSLR and it's fantastic to be able to take such good quality photos - but it can be a bit of a faff and if you ever want anyone else to take your photo, they get flustered and can't work it properly!
