I think I ought to start using a stain remover on the kid's clothes but am not sure which one to buy. Are the individual stain devil ones any good or would you go for a multi-purpose one? Stains are the usual child-related ones - chocolate, tomato sauce based ones etc.

i'd go for a general stain remover spray for a stain that you know is there ie spilt dinner, then if it doesnt come out then use a stain devils specifically for the stain.
Otherwise I tend to use Vanish inwash stain remover for the odd wash ie whites, light coloured.

It works out expensive to use it in everywash

De-Solve-It.

I swear by it. It gets everything out and I mean everything. Even old stains that have been on clothes for weeks.

Comes in a little aerosol spray.
