GAP - are they struggling?

I went to Gap last weekend with my 30% off voucher and stocked up on jeans and wool jumpers. I saved about £80. That voucher expired on Sunday, but today I got another 30% off voucher that runs until 27 November.

I know they've had bad seasons (clotheswise) in the past, but on the whole, I love their men's clothing, and jeans - especially for tall, skinny, DSs.

I think they've shot themselves in the foot a bit with their frequent voucher promotions - I know I rarely buy stuff at full price any more - and these seem to be happening more often now.

I'd hate to see Gap go under.

I buy DSs chinos in GAP, we have a outlet store across the road from us and the last pair I brought were under 2 pounds, I only ever shop when they are on special now (DS needs the adjustable waist as he is skinny). They do appear to be struggling a little they are always having promotions
