Where can I buy washable maternity pads?

I live in SE London and need some of those washable pads - get through far too many of the disposable ones for it to be economic! Can I buy them online? All the shops (Boots, Superdrug, Mothercare etc) round here don't sell them.

Cha - I saw some in Waitrose made by Lansinoh the other day.

Do you mean breast pads? I got mine from Ellas House

ditto waitrose when I wanted disposables!

Ella's House do sell washable sanitary pads, I've got some and they're really comfy! Why stop at maternity pads? Just think how much money you could save if you went over to re-usable sanpro full time!

Cloth sanpro is great - much more comfy than the paper version. I've used pleasure puss (cotton) which are nice and long but very thin so great for nighttime, and moon mammas which are fleece and very comfy in gorgoeous patterns. I got them when pg and used the PP as liners throughtout the pg. Then I used them all postpartum and they coped brill.

There is a list of the different ones available in the UK here along with links to all the respective websites.

I meant breast pads - durr - and have ordered some from Ella's house, thanks Oakmaiden. Had only 3 periods since Dec 2000, due to two pregnancies and a lot of breastfeeding. Had never thought of washable STs, will deff consider when time is right. Cheers.

Boots also do washable breast pads.
