Can you make a little girl happy again?

My friend's just called me to say her 4 yr old daughter has lost her most beloved toy and comforter - Strawberry. He's a strawberry shaped cloth toy (surprise!) with a strawberry body & head in one, with a smiley face, green arms and legs and boots on - quite small - about 6in in length. It's a character from a children's animated programme featuring talking fruits and vegetable - and we can't remember the name of the programme either.

Can anyone help? Do you have a Strawberry you'd be prepared to part with? Do you remember the name of the TV prog? Help - Ruby's distraught!

Was it the Garden Gang? Penelope Strawberry?

Coddy, she hopes so! She actually offered me a million pounds, but I'm not sure she'd actually go quite that high..
