How do you switch an i-dog off?

dd1 got one for xmas from her uncle. its sitting her moving its head and whining at me. dd1 doesnt know how to switch it off and i dont have the instructions.

well it went a bit mad and lots of coloued dots lit up, but i thinks it now off.

If you leave it in a dark and quiet room, it will stop moving and its middle LED will blink blue and purple. It will automatically go to sleep after 5 minutes of being left in the dark (as long as it's quiet).

oh dd1 loves it. she tells me i cannot flick its tail or else it will get angry, but it was shaking its head in time to my typing lol. just trying to set her mp3 player up so she can use it to play her songs.
