iPod touch to kindle?

I've got several iBooks on my iPod touch, and gave just bought a new kindle. Is there any way I can convert them without using a computer? The iBooks are not on my pc at all, and my iTunes account is a bit unreliable.

Any ideas?!

Thanks! School of rock a particular favourite of mine! I think it was CeliaFate who suggested it, when I was in search of a new name. My brother is an Edward, known as Ned, so kind of liked it! My DS is sometimes known as LittleNed on here!

There is a way of doing it but it's complicated and quite dodgy. All ebooks you buy come with DRM which (in theory) stops them from being shared or moved to different devices. There's a program called calibre which converts formats for you but can't get rid of the DRM.
