I would try a joke shop/novelty shop. Try the yellow pages or what about ebay - possibility? Its bugging me that I cant think where to get one!

I got myself one to pay back the 300 quid I borrowed from the kids for driving lessons and have about 35-40 in mine already...good luck...just dont put in any money you know your going to need later in the week.
