indoor tv aeriels

is there one of these that actually works?We have a tv in the kitchen(have just bought it)AND the picture is terrible!We are planning to move so don't want to have a proper aerial in there Does anyone know of an indoor one that is quite powerful but not too hideous?

We had one made by one for all (I think) it was flat ad could be hung on the wall behind pictures you needed to plug it in as it was a booster
